Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests for orders that have been processed and prepared for shipment are subject to an cancellation fee of 25% of the product value.
Cancelation or Refund is not possible once the product is shipped out.
Refund Policy
Refund is not possible if a product is shipped/delivered or picked up from the store, unless there is obvious damage and discrepancies from the image sold on the website at the time of delivery and pickup.
In case of order cancellation, before the product is shipped out, your refund will proceed within 7-14 business days from submission of your cancellation. We will update you via email once your refund has been initiated.
The total time for the refund to be reflected in your account depends on your refund method and issuing bank. We will refund the full amount of the product canceled but the customer bank may charge a transaction fee as per their policy.
If we refund by credit card bank charges will be borne by customer.
Refunds will only be provided through bank, in the case of cash payment the customer will have to provide their bank details in order to receive the eligible refund.
Return or exchange of the product
Return or Exchange is possible if a customer is not satisfied that the product shipped/delivered or picked up from the store does not match the image or description on the website. In such cases, customer must notify the business via email or the contact number provided on the website. The customer has to provide an image or video of the products while filing a complaint about goods and shall provide a written explanation.
Return is possible only once the item is sent back to the store and we will exchange the item for an alternate product of equivalent value at our sole discretion.
