- Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the flowers have been delivered.

- For non-perishable items such as plants, pots, or gift items, all sales are considered final. Please inspect your items upon delivery or collection.
3. Delivery and Quality Concerns
While we do not accept returns, we are committed to resolving any issues regarding delivery or product quality:
- If you receive a damaged, wilted, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
